The ground is a place we try to avoid in a self defense situation, this is ground survival not ground fighting. During ground survival seminars we teach the CKM five second rule. Our goal is to have you back to your feet and in control of the situation in five seconds.
Having confidence in your skills is the key to success. You will gain this confidence by repetition and simulating pressure situations. Our training will provide you with a better chance of replicating the technique on the street under duress.
